Export Sales Account Manager Spare Parts
Permanent Contract — El Jadida, Morocco
Main Mission
You will be responsible for driving the development and profitability of the spare parts activity by contributing to increased sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and onboard new equipment buyers into the customer portfolio.
- Prepare and update contractual offers and price lists.
- Handle customer requests: receive inquiries, prepare quotations using the ERP system, and follow up until delivery.
- Organize shipments and ensure accurate invoicing of orders.
- Manage export documentation, including letters of credit and documentary collections.
- Ensure the collection of receivables.
- Provide regular activity reporting for the spare parts division.
- Ensure compliance with profit margins, sales conditions, and internal procedures.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers for daily order follow‑up.
Work Environment
- You will work closely with internal teams (Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, Commercial Network) and external partners (clients, banks, carriers, suppliers, agents).
Candidate Profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a sales role related to industrial machines or equipment.
- Good knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation.
- Proficient understanding of international trade rules (Incoterms, bank guarantees, means of payment).
- Strong computer skills and experience with ERP systems.
- Fluent in English.
- Autonomous, rigorous, tenacious, and open‑minded.
